How do I apply for a Year 3 place for my child at Ocean Academy Poole?

For September 2025, we will be offering 90 places in Year 3.

The admissions round will open on 1st September 2024

Applications are invited from interested parents to secure one of these places for their children.

Alternatively, you can contact the Borough of Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole Admissions Team on: 01202 261936. 

We will be offering tours and an information evening for parents who would like to see our school and meet our wonderful team. Please contact the school office for tours. Our information evening will be held on Wednesday 13th November 2024 from 5-6pm (there is no need to book, please just turn up to the school).

CATCHMENT AREA EXPLAINED:

Ocean Academy does not serve a specified catchment area. We want to offer pupils the opportunity to join us regardless of where they live (in line with the admissions policy for Ocean Academy). Please speak to us if you have any questions about how to apply to Ocean Academy. We are happy for you to make an appointment to come and visit us and see our fantastic school in person.
